Fiber Tuesdays at Have A Gay Day in Dayton, Ohio is a weekly community gathering focused on fiber arts a creative, welcoming space where people can come together to work on knitting, crochet, weaving, embroidery, and other fiber-related crafts. It’s held at the Have A Gay Day community space and is intended as an inclusive, social event for people of all skill levels to connect, create, and share their work

**For this week due to booking availability our meeting is taking place Thursday May 28th.** TransHearts is a confidential, peer-led support group for transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming adults in the Dayton area. Unlike a casual social hour, our meetings follow a structured format designed to move from deep discussion to practical skill-building and resilience. We meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday to share resources, navigate transition challenges, and celebrate trans joy in a safe, affirmative environment. To maintain member privacy, meeting room numbers are not listed publicly. Please email TransHeartsDayton@gmail.com to confirm your attendance and receive the specific room location.

To anyone that has ever wanted a have a gay day tee or sweatshirt or hoodie this event will be for you. May 30th from 1pm-4pm bring a shirt from home and we will heat press our design for you. Cost? Whatever you want. If you don’t have anything to donate or if you do, you still get to leave with a Have A Gay Day design. How many of these do we have? A LOT! ALSO!! We will have some logos with Black and White Text! ALSO!! We will have mini logos about 2 inches in size!! There will be some rules and some things we can’t press but an amazing event that helps us but also gets you some merch from us at a really great price.

What is a better way to kick off summer than a little SCARY songs? The DGMC will be getting out CREEP on singing a variety of horror inspired music! Tickets are only $30

THE NEON had a wonderfully successful screening of this fantastic documentary a couple weeks ago, and they're now hearing from several people who were sorry to have missed it...so they're bringing it back for a special encore! "Billy Preston was 5 years old when he backed gospel legend Mahalia Jackson. Over the following six-decade career, Billy contributed his signature sound to the greatest artists of his time, including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Barbra Streisand, Sly Stone, Ray Charles, Rufus, Eric Clapton, and others, while establishing himself as a GRAMMY-winning solo artist. Despite his success, Billy struggled to reconcile his deep relationship with the Black church with his sexuality, setting off a lifelong quest to find love and acceptance." TransCollective937 comes together monthly to provide support, and socialize for Transgender, Non Binary, Gender Non Conforming Adults and their supportive allies. 18+ or with a guardian. For the month of May, they are coming together socializing and being whimsical. With some ribbon wands, bubbles, chalk and more!
